The chauffeur, if assigned, is subject to change at sole discretion of AmyExpress.
AmyExpress is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of HK$800.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is HK$2000. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
Smoking is not permitted in ALL of our limousines. Air-cleaning fee of HK$2000 shall be billable in case of smoking in the car by any member of the client group.
Price may be quoted in a currency other than HK$ but the invoice and final charge would be made in HK$ with the prevailing exchange rates.
AmyExpress is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) and not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run unless mutually agreed otherwise. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Please note that the total amount quoted is an estimate and may change depending on the actual usage. For hourly hire, toll/parking/tax surcharge, where applicable, would be added on actual cost basis.
Wait Time Policy - waiting charge will apply after the first 15mins of pre-arranged time described on the run time. You have up to 30 minutes of free time for domestic flight and 60 minutes for international flight from the time the airplane lands. Additional time will be calculated at HK$8 per minute (but no more than HK$188 per hour after the grace period in mainland China).
Cancellation Policy for China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taipei/Tokyo/Seoul/Singapaore - Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled pick up time otherwise a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply. 60% of your total amount will be charged in case of a late cancellation whereby we receive your notification within 24 hours to 2 hours prior to the beginning of the run. And 100% of your total amount will be charged in case of a no-show or a late cancellation which is made within 2 hrs prior to the beginning of the run.
Cancellation Policy in other worldwide cities - Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled pick up time otherwise a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
